The boiler is with a dual cylinder longitudinal structure and natural cycle methods consisting of the upper components with the dominant main parts. The lower components are primarily the combustion equipment. The two main parts can be instantly installed and manufactured.
The boiler housing is with dense water exhaust cooling wall around the hearth. Partition is mounted at the back of the hearth in front of the convection check and forms the combustion ash room. Convection check is mounted at the back of the combustion ash room. The smoke flows into the first and the second checks through the combustion ash room and exhausts into the chimney through the coal saver and dust catcher.

Design features:
1) After extensive selection, the vertical hose boiler is easily defined and
symmetrical facilitating manufacture and maintenance. It is with compact
size and low metallic consumption, great water capacity and large
convection heat transfer coefficient
2) To reduce the boiler wall weight, the side water cooling wall pitch is
densely structured and gets rid of the fire-bricks. Burial boiler wall
increases the air-tightness
3) Back arc and outlet block wall of the hearth are brick structured to
increase the temperature in addition to expanding the fuel application
4) Manhole is not installed in the combustion ash room. Smoke flow speed
may be increased appropriately, because the sole is mounted to exhaust
the ash to the lower grate
5) Front wall water cooling wall and descending tube are mounted to
increase the rigidity of the upper part
6) An aisle is reserved at the two sides of the convection check to reduce
dead corners and to facilitate maintenance
