Cellulase:
1 u/g of glucose is produced by 1 minutes catalysis of CMC with
1g of cellulase power, (1ml of cellulase solution) under the
following condition:
40 oC and PH - 4.8, is defined as 1 active enzyme
unit: u/g(u/ml)
30,000 u/g
60,000 u/g
