Adjustment baffle flap is designed into a solid welded structure punched by steel sheet and consists of five components, such as external framework, baffle vanes, bearing, axis sealing mechanism and baffle linking part.
The baffle is light and precise in design and can rotate freely. In case of the adjustment baffle flap, the neighboring vanes rotates against each other and the baffle vanes are designed into lozenge shape, providing a good air dynamic field feature and excellent adjusting property. In the flag openness range of 25-27, the resistance coefficient is approximately in linear relation to the openness variation and can meet the requirement of boiler self-control. It is extremely close to the adjustment flags of the same type made outside China in terms of performance.
