The machine is made up of vertical milling cutter, horizontal milling cutter, copy
routing pole, operation pole, machine body, pneumatic system and electric system.
By controlling the operation pole, the copy routing feeler moves along the hole
on the copy routing machine, and drives to milling. The feeler pole has the
same diameter with the milling cutter, so the machine can mill in the scale 1:1,
which makes the hole's groove as large as the hole in the copy routing plate.
This machine is used for processing the water-slots, pulley grooves, lock-holes,
hardware holes and all the other grooves. With different copy routing plates, it
can process grooves in different types. With high-speed cutting (12,000rpm),
pneumatic impacting, it can work in vertical and horizontal directions continuously
with productivity and reliable performance.
