The machine is equipped with two high-efficiency injectors, united high performance
mould clamping and PC control system to be suited in using EVA compound for flexible
production of expanded midsole (mould wedge), unit sole and various kind of EVA
foaming products after mould-opening.
1. Injection system
The measuring mechanism utilizes potentiometer detection and coordinates with the operation of PLC to control material quantity precisely.
The two injectors move by applying worm gear decelerator conjoins brake motor to
drive and the high speed movement is controlled by inverter; the position can be
sensed by ultra-sonic wave linear displacement transducer accurately.
2. Mold clamping system
The two-step speedymould mould opening/closing mechanism with detecting device of
fully mould closing.
The large mould plate design can apply to various style of moulds flexibly with high
accommodation.
3. PC controlling system
Utilized industrial workstation computer in windows control system applying picture
type of operation with touch screen to monitor the screw turning speed, injection
volume, injection time, injection temperature, mould temperature, movement time and
productivity on line, easy to lead and operate.
Equipped with PLC modular system, every function structure is clear.
4. Hydraulic system
Utilized three pumps work individually to reduce noise and enhance efficiency.
Adopted proportion valve to coordinate the computer system, allowing precise control
of the pressure and flow rate.
