CNC production machinery to assure the standardization of each cam. Also, every
cam is treated with vacuum quenching machine to enhance the durability under the
condition of high-speed rotation
2. The needle slot is made by advanced fluting machine in order to assure the precision
of the needle slot. In addition, the needle bed is formed by inserting plates
which is convenient to be replaced
3. The needle selection drums are made by computer control fluting machine which
ensure the precision of the slots. The needle selection rods can be removed and
changed for size conversion.
4. The glove machines adopt the sinker knit system which can produces gloves with
high comfort and fully fitted to the shape of hands
5. The LCD control panel is easy to operate, it displays the production status and
detects the machine in case of abnormal status such as yarn breakage, dropping
failure low battery, motor overload
