Use: The machine is computer equipped with a pneumatic hydraulic control system. (with servo moto, touch screen). The longiludinal dimension is continuously sealed by heated wire, which can be adjusted after top folding. A low friction top folding device
for a single or twin sided fold through a system of folding rollers with guide
plates is fitted. At the rear, there is one unwind station for the the polyethlene
handle film. The film has a width identical to the loop length. The film is cut
into narrow strips and fed into the top fold. The flexible film feeding system
is driven by pneumatic control. The roll of the film is fed, cut and welded automatically
and is precisely positioned to the center of the carrier bag. The size of
the bag is easily changed with no limit. The series of the machine uses Erwin Sick
photocells for precise control of print image to the side weld. It is suitable for
PP, OPP, HDPE and POF materials.
