Gas heated plant with 3 detachable vacuum application frames in a fully automatic movement serving one trolley with 10 aluminium profiles loads per frame.
The plant is decorating aluminium profiles by the heat transfer principle process to wood like looking profiles used in the doors and windows manufacturing.
For profiles up to 7 meters long. Production of up to 120 profiles/hour in the 1 trolley version or up to 240 profiles/hour in the 2 trolleys version.
