These bias ply patches are flexible precured patches. It manufactured with fabric plies ( 2-10 plies) and dual cure base gum. It can be vulcanized chemically at room temperature or with heat & pressure at a section mould, retreading process or when the tyre is put in to service.
The bias ply repair patches comes with code of 3,4,5,6,7,8,9 & 10 models. The sizes starts from 4 inches to 18 inches, which can be suit all type repair sizes.
