2) Ingredients and concentration: the product is prepared using the imported
adjuvant. The vaccine is composed of inactivated NDV and AIV (H9). The live
virus concentration before inactivation: NDV≥108.5 EID50/0.1ml; AIV
H9≥107.5; EID50/0.1ml
3) Properties:
a) Milky white emulsion
b) Actions and uses: it is used to prevent ND and Avian Influenza virus
(H9) infection
c) Application and dosages: subcutaneous injection in neck or intramuscular
injection in chest, chicks without maternal antibody ≤1:32 (ND and AI
antibody in day-old chick). First, 0.2ml/bird at 7~14 days old, with immune
period of 2 months; chick with maternal antibody>1:32. Second, 0.5ml/bird
at 2 weeks old, with immune period of 4 months. Laying chickens, 0.5ml/bird.
2~3 weeks before first laying with immune period of 6 months
4) Abnormal reaction: none
5) Precautions:
a) Not allowed to use in AIV infected chickens or in unhealthy chickens
b) Can not be used where there are damages, foreign materials or emulsion
breakage
c) Should be recovered to normal temperature and evenly mixed by shaking
before use
d) Should be finished within the day after unsealed
e) Can never be frozen
f) The injection utensils should be disinfected before use, and the injection
site be disinfected with 5% iodine tincture
g) The used bottles, remaining vaccine and utensils shall be disinfected and
destroyed
