GENERAL CHARACTERiSTiCS:
ADR-FiLL X is a cold, pre-mixed compound for patching up holes, ruts, chuck-holes and other large cracks in asphalt and concrete surfaces, which can be used in all weather conditions.
The binder of this material is made from special penetrating oils and chemical plasticizers which give this material very good adhesion, even under wet conditions.
Traffic may resume immediately after application.
ADR-FiLL X is a prepared material and does not require any mixing or heating procedures and application is very easy with the use of simple tools.
The ready-to-use compound will adhere to dry road surfaces, as well as to fully wet ones and will provide a perfect patch enabling immediate traffic.
ADR-FiLL X can be applied, without any adverse reaction, under bad weather conditions and during heavy traffic. The application requires only minutes and allows immediate resumption of traffic.
The colour of this material, after application, is black though this may be altered by scattering on the surface, either dry powdered colour, dry cement, or even some soil from the side-way.
Application is possible by using simple tools such as shovels or hand tampers.
ADR-FiLL X can be stored indefinitely when kept in its originally closed barrel.
BENEFiTS:
ADR-FiLL X can be used in any weather conditions, even if the pothole is full of water or snow.
The procedure takes a few moments.
The repair is permanent.
ADR-FiLL X can be stored for about 6 months in normal conditions.
After the pothole is repaired with FiLL X, traffic can be resumed immediately. The more the traffic, the better the repair.
iNSTRUCTiONS FOR USE:
All loose particles should be removed from the pothole.
Pour ADR-FiLL X into the pothole till the brim plus an additional 20%. Then, tamp with a hand tamper or frog machine until you obtain a level surface. You can add more ADR-FiLL X if necessary. After the repair of the pothole simply scatter black cement powder on the patched pothole. (This is not necessary but recommended).
Let traffic resume immediately.
