is widely used in all the fields of national economy. Charming PET color masterbatch
is characterized by high-temperature resistance, excellent filtering performance,
long spinning period, and commonly used in spun-colored PET filament
and staple fiber. According to the high performance demands of automobile interior
decorations, Charming has produced high performance color masterbatches for automobile interior decoration, which are widely used in the domestic automobile
industries.
Instruction:
During the actual spinning applications, the dosage of the masterbatches and the
spinning process should be adjusted in accordance with the different density of
single fiber, filament and the characteristic of chip. It is recommended that the
temperature be controlled within 280~295. The PET color masterbatch has a strong
moisture absorption, so it is advised to pre-dry before using, avoiding too much
water being carried to the processing and affecting the quality.

1) BTC series: applicable to PET filament and staple fiber
2) TC series: applicable to PET nonwoven and staple fiber
3) TF series: applicable to PET filament and automobile interior decoration
Packing and storage:
The product is packaged with two layers, preventing from water and moisture. The
standard package is 25kg/bag. Please stored in a dry place with good ventilation
and padded to prevent weather damage. The color of the masterbatch can be preserved for up to five years. When it is opened for use, the remaining parts must be
repacked, to avoid duct pollution and moisture absorption.
