The product is constructed from AISI 304 Cr-Ni stainless steel sheet and has sufficient qualities to meet all professional expectations in respect of quality, hygiene safety and long life. Temperature losses has been reduced with good isolation on the body. Inner part of boiling pan is deep drawed. On request, tyey can be produced both indirect models and direct models. When inner water is finished inside double wall, heating system is being off automaticly for pans. Special feature of gas operated indirect model, is a warning signal accurs when inner water inside double wall gets minimum level.
Boiling pans are avaliable in our 650,750 and 900 series including 30lt,50lt,80lt,100,150,200,250 lt options.
