This line consists of extruder, die, roller calendar, cooling roller and winder.
It can produce the single-layer and multi-layer cast films with the maximum width
of 3,500mm and the thickness of 0.02mm to 0.2mm or above.
The advantages of chill roll in cast film production render a wider application due
to the following film properties:
1) High transparent and outstanding
2) Film stiffness and hardness offer an easy mechanic process
3) Specific embossed patterns for stationery and sanitation films
4) Adhesive on single or double side(s) for protective films
5) Barrier property of multi-layers co-extruded films
6) Thermal formation property
The main resins are: PP, PE, PA, PAVA, EVOH adhesive
