Product properties:
CPVC is a new-style macromolecule synthetic material and additive, which is
made from polyvinyl chlorides colophony of special model and chlorine gas
when they take place replace-reaction in the condition of solicitation of
ultraviolet radiation. It has widely use in producing all kinds of heat-resistant
corrosion-resistant plastic products, bond, dope, and so forth.

1) Excellent heat-resistance:
CPVC can increase 40-50℃ heat-resistant temperature by contrast to
polyvinyl chloride. It can hold enough strength in the condition of 100℃

CPVC behaves very high insulating strength, and applies to producing all
kinds of insulating material
3) Excellent erode-resistance:

erosion medium because of its high chlorine content
4) Excellent fireproof:
CPVC, which can be used for wire and cable in the place of low smoke
density, is a kind of very good combustion resistant additive for its high
oxygen index

Applications
1) Model J-700: mainly applicable to all kinds of heat-resistant plastic products
made with the extrusion method, such as hot-water tube using in shipping
and life facilities, brine tube, chlorine gas tube and electric pipeline of
chloroalkali factories
2) Model Z-500: having good fluidity, and especially fitting for producing all
kinds of heat-resistant products adopting inject technology, such as pipes,
filter material, spin-drier fitting and heat-resistant cooker mask
3) Model T-500: having good dissolvability, and film shaping also being
considerably finer. It applies to producing dope, and by contrast to over
chloroethylene adopting impregnant process, has advantages of low price
and good storage stability
4) Model N-500: applying to bond producing and acting on an additive of chlorine
fiber, which can improve shrink of chlorine fiber
