CT-C series hot air circle oven is equipped with low noise axial flow fan and automatic temperature control system. The circle system is fully sealed. It makes the hot efficiency increased from 3-7% of traditional oven to 35-45%. The maximum hot efficiency can be 50%. The successful design of this oven makes the hot air circle oven catch up with the advanced level both at home and abroad. It makes China save plenty of energy source and increase profit of enterprises. This model of the industrial standard RXH was issued in 1990 by State Administration Bureau of Medicine.
Main data:
1. The heat source can be steam, electricity, far infrared, or steam + electricity.
2. Temperature of operation: 50-140°C for steam. The maximum temperature will be 150°C; 50-350°C for electricity or far infrared.
3. There are automatic and computer control systems for customers to select.
4. The normal pressure of steam will be 0.2-0.8MPa (2-8kg).
5. The equipped power of electric heater will be 15kW calculated with model 1 and the operation power to be used will be 5-8kW/h.
6. The size of drying trolley and tray is standardized. They can be exchanged with each other.
