This tea is originally produced in a remote village called Chan Gang, quietly stands in the profound of the Four Brightness Mountain. In the old times, the villagers gathered the finest leaves early in the morning and made the teas in their home. 8-10 hours were needed to accomplish the primary processing, during which villagers used their hands to shape the leaves, in a hot pan-wok, into a loose ball-like appearance. As it was fairly difficult to produce, this tea was served to entertain their guest during some big days. Ours are produced in our Panan factory according to traditional method.
