The functions of clean room are to prevent dust from being generated, and to drain out all dust effectively at each time of cleaning. The air is cleaned through 3 grades of filtration before coming into the clean room, as primary grade, medium grade and high grade. More than 99.91% of dusts with size over 0.3μm are filtered off, and all the germs adhering to the filtered dusts are prevented out of the clean room.
