PP spunbonded nonwoven is widely used in agriculture, medical care and packaging
industries, and melt-blown PP nonwoven is also universally used in gas-liquid filtering,
purifying, oil treatment, SMS fabric, battery separators, garment heat preservation and other high-tech areas, where the masterbatch is required to have fine dispersion, heat resistance and melt flows. Charming PP color masterbatch is widely used for the coloration of nonwoven, blankets, filament, staple fiber and other products, which feature fine material selection, good physical performance, and fresh and stable color. We are capable of providing individual services for the customers in terms of different colors, density of single fiber, filament, and high-temperature and high resistance.
Instruction:
The dosage of masterbatch shall be controlled within 0.8%~5% in compliance with the
various requirements of the processing temperature due to the actual manufacturing
equipments, so that the processing of the nonwoven can be carried out smoothly.
Product series:
1) PC series: applicable to PP nonwoven, BCF and staple fiber
2) PF series: applicable to PP filament
3) PY series: applicable to PP coarse denier
Packing and storage:
The product is packaged with two layers, preventing from water and moisture. The
standard package is 25kg/bag. Please stored in a dry place with good ventilation
and padded to prevent weather damage. The color of the masterbatch can be preserved for up to five years. When it is opened for use, the remaining parts must
be repacked, to avoid duct pollution and moisture absorption.
