Remarks: The product has been used by several large companies for over 1 year, and all the electrical performance indexes are excellent. The mean value of open circuit voltage (Voc) is greater than or equal to 590mV. Conversion efficiency of mono-crystalline silicon solar cell is greater than or equal to 16% and poly-crystalline silicon solar cell is greater than or equal to 15%.
