The DLSTDXPXXXXXX series TOSA is a low cost uncooled semiconductor distributed-feedback (DFB) laser working at 1,270nm to 1,610nm wavelengths. The device is delivered in a TO-56 package with a monitor photodiode. This high performance and high reliability laser is suitable for applications up to 2.5Gbps fiber optic links or local networks. Connect type include SC, FC, ST or pigtail.
