The machine is quite suitable for the small and medium-sized printing plants
as well as the printing houses of offices, universities and colleges also
for binding small batches of books in large-sized printing plants. It is designed
for perfect binding and can be used also for the thread-sewn block covering.
The machine has five block clamps. Its working processes include feeding book
block manually, jogging, back milling, slotting, side gluing, back gluing, cover
creasing, covering and supporting and spine-pressing. Thus the perfect binding
of paper-bound books is accomplished.
The machine can be provided, at the request of the user, with a lint sucking
device, a lint storage device as well as a waste gas discharging device for
the hot-melt glue.
