CCA board is short for autoclaved cellulose fiber-cement sheet, made of timber slurry,
Portland cement, quartz sand and additive. These raw materials are mixed together,
formed, compressed, and autoclaved under high temperature and press. CCA board is 100% free of asbestos and any other harmful substances.
CCA can be widely used for many building purposes; including external wall, partition
wall, ceiling, desk plate, door, cupboard, billboard, floor and ventilation pipe.
Characteristics are as follows:
1) Environmentally friendly: CCA board doesn't include asbestos, benzene or formaldehyde. It won't give out any noxious gas or radiation while using, and in case
of fire, it is without smoke or poison
2) Waterproof and anti-moisture: CCA board can work stably in the open air and high-humidity areas with good swelling ability after absorbing water and shrinkage ability in dry environment. It is well waterproof, moisture-proof and frost-proof. So it is good for interior walls in kitchen and washing room with high humidity, ceilings and exterior building walls
3) Good sound insulation
4) Easy to work with: CCA wall or ceiling system can be operated easily. No need
of daubing, with high flatness, it can be easily bored, edge planned and cut. It can also be done with different surface treatments

6) Fireproof: CCA is strictly produced according to the GB8624 standards with good
fireproof ability. In case of fire, it won't burn or give out any noxious smoke. Then the flame can't be passed
