- standard fondant, ready to use fondant in paste, packed in 20 kg cartons. Medium firm in consistency. Should be heated to 40 - 50 degrees c, then ready to use as coating or as a base in confectionary filling production. Non sticky.
- soft fondant, ready to use fondant packed in plastic buckets. Do not require heating before usage. Can be filled directly into pipingbags for decoration on pastries, etc. Or as a base for creamy confectionary fillings. Non sticky after a couple of minutes in airsurrounding.
We can produce the fondants in different colours if required.
