In shan-sha township, from decades ago, here is famous in green tea, like pi lo chun and lon jin tea.
The tea's figure is strip, no-fermented tea, we use scrambling process. The tea have honey flavour, due to the tea leaves were bites by insect(like oriental beauty tea), it is a very characteric tea in taiwan. We crop about 4 times in one year, spring tea and winter tea are better than the other two seasons.
