Graphite lubricants include conduction graphite lattices, forging graphite lubricant, and drawing graphite lubricant. The graphite lubricating products exist in series of MD and S. Conduction graphite lattices are mainly applied as conduction coating to kinescope.
Conductive paint:
The filler of conductive paint is the conductive and lubricating graphite micro powder that is adhered together with organ-plastic resin in the volatile OS, and added with proper disperser and suspending agent.
MD series graphite forging lubricant:
MD series graphite lubricants are regarded at the most efficient mould releasing agent by forging industry. It could cool down the heat and prolongs the service life of molds 0.5-0.3 longer. It is non-toxic, smokeless, no corrosive to parts and components, and pollution-free to environment. Therefore, the use of graphite lubricants will improve the working conditions, the forging quality and have better degree of finish. Compared with other lubricant and mold releasing agents, it possesses the advantages of low cost, easy operation, and better economic gains. Under the assistance of the MD Series graphite lubricants, the mold-making expenses and lubricant consumption can be cut 37%-50%.
Characteristics of graphite forging lubricant:
1) Good lubricating and mold-releasing performance when applied within the forging temperature. For example, in the mold forging process, one pray of graphite lubricant is enough to have several press formings if the large-sized forging part has no lift-out attachment
2) Heat insulation to mold, continual surface hardening, the improvement of thermal and compression resistance, and the 0.5-3 times prolonged service life of molds
3) It maintains good lubrication at high temperature. The evenly dispersed coating will improve the conditions for metal forming and elevate the forging quality, surface smoothness, and finishing rate
4) It has good chemical stability and suspension property, will not decompose and deteriorate after a long time of period, and has no corrosion to parts and molds
5) It will not decompose and burn at high temperature, and is non-toxic. So it will not generate toxic substances and harmful gas during processes, will not pollute the environment but to improve the working conditions
6) Easy to dilute, use, and manual spray
Drawing graphite lubricant:
Model: S-0 S-1 S-1B
Characteristics: good lubrication, strong adhesion under high temperature, oxidation resistance, non-toxicity, and able to prolong the service cycle of die casts
Application: It is the dispensable high-temperature lubricant during the drawing of refractory metals like tungsten, molybdenum, rhenium, and thorium as well as alloys
