Appearance: light green, light yellow or tea brown powder

Smell: little tea smell

Solubility: soluble in water, ethanol and ester; part soluble in oil

Applications: widely used as an antioxidant in propagation oil, aquatic products, beverages, candy, milk product, fried food, cosmetics and functionality food to prevent them from deterioration and to keep the color to protect vitamins, to eliminate smelly, and to ameliorate the flavor. It can also possess curing effect on some disease such as cardiovascular diease, hypertension, diabetes, and cancer.

3) TP 95% min., total catechins 70% min., EGCG 40% min.
