Application:
The equipment is aseptic. The tubular heat exchanger and plate heat exchanger are
used for indirectly heating product. The product can be milk and fruit
The principle of operation:
Hot water is circulating for 30min in the system for sterilizing the equipment.
Then the water is cooled to the operating temperature. Aseptic water is circulating
in the system in the end. The raw material is pumped from the balance tank, then the material mixed into water is drained out. The sterilization of the equipment is started when the aseptic storage tank or packaging machine has been ready. If the feeding is not enough, the aseptic water will circulate in the system taking the place of product. The raw material is preheated in the three heating sections. Then the product is brought to the desired temperature. The product is cooled with water and chilled water until it reaches packaging temperature. The CIP equipment is set in the system with acid and alkali. It can clean the UHT system in place
Basic equipment:
The feeding system: pipe, valve, pump, connecter, balance tank and operation interface with control system. The whole system is installed on the frame and it has
been tested
