Our fully automatic, universal filling system URFS12LM is the fastest machine, available on the world market, with an output of 700 pcs SPONGE TYPE cartridges per hour, using the high vacuum technology. The system is PC controlled (PC built in). The parameters of each product are stored on the HD. Chosing a product, the system will adjust the cycle fully automatically. Of cause the system is equipped with a self cleaning program for quick and conveniant changeover, also minimizing the downtime.

High quality filling procedure under 99% vacuum - this machine is filling the cartridges with ink, not with air! - Air bubbles are leading to a temporarily, or even continuous, malfunction of the nozzles, which will destroy the printhead.
Perfect repeatability - the program is continously controling the cycle, according to the parameters, stored for the specific product.
Filling accuracy of +/-0,2ml. - Our customers do not need to increase the filling amount for safety, which drops the costs for the ink.

The URFS12LM is equipped with two safety light curtains instead of doors, so the operator is saving time, does not have to take care of doors or covers.
The OS of the PC, as well as the operating program, is available in any language, even Chinese.
To ease the use of the system, the operator does not even have to touch the PC, once the system is in automatic mode.
There are various adapters for the different cartridges available. As the system is, due to the PC control, the most universal filling machine, available, even future releases of inkjet cartridges, which are not known yet, can be specified in a quick and conveniant way.
