Our Autoprimer system is used to prepare the printheads of sponge type inkjet cartridges for the print job. The technology, this system is using, is developed by Lobozar Technik and unique. This device is also used for the QC of the incoming empties. It detects contaminated chambers and weak nozzle plates, before any labour or material is beeing invested in possibly defective empties. The Autoprimer is an universal device. It only takes approx. 2 minutes to change to another type of product. There are various adapters for different inkjet cartridges available.
