The URFS3 filling system is a PLC controlled, fully automatic device, filling any sponge type (also compatible) cartridge. Even this, currently our smallest, filling system is performing the high quality filling cycle under 99% vacuum - in this we do not make compromises. Only this technology leads to a filling quality without air bubbles. The change over to different products does not require any mechanical adjustments, just like applied in our larger machines. The operator may change the parameters in the PLC and the program will adjust the cycle to the requirements of the different products fully automatically. The accuracy of the filling amount is +/-0,2 ml.
