Sunshade/filterholder features a non-reflective retangular shade that allows for single or dual filter applications.
A matte box is a camera or camcorder accessory that essentially does the same thing as a lens hood and also mounts in front of the lens, but usually includes adjustable fins called french flag. Another purpose of a matte box is to hold square filters in place in front of the lens. A matte box is an important device for quality photography and film making.

This mattebox can also be mounted directly on camera lens of 80mm outer dia.
French flag is very easily installed by sliding in the hotshoe and then screwing up. These can be moved and adjusted to reduce lens glare.
Inbuilt square filter holder
Another purpose of a matte box is to hold square filters in place in front of the lens. This sunshade/filter holder provides shading to the digital series of telephoto, wide angle adapters and a variety of lenses. The filterholder takes 4"x4" glass/plastic filters and has the ability to utilize two at a time.4 x 4 filters are inserted without the need of a filter tray.
