Features:
1. It has been designed to fit for well depth of 4,920~22,960ft (1500~7000m).
2. The manufacture of the main components is based on the related api specifications and the basic parameters are accorded to sy/t5609-1999 <> and related api specifications.
3. The assembling set of diesel engine coupling and whole chain compound box are united to drive the hoisting winch, slurry pump, rotary table, automated air compressor and energy saving electric generator, so the drive is soft and the efficiency is largely promoted.
4. The drawworks are assembled at low level. The plate brake as main brake and the electromagnetic eddying brake (or eton brake) as the auxiliary brake are used together with the auxiliary drive device to lift up and lay down the derrick, drill automatically and drive in emergence.
5. The derrick is k type which can be assembled at low level and wholly lifted up and laid down. The substructure is block type (double lifting for zj50 and zj70 rigs), conveniently disassemble and assemble with good stability and high safety.
6. For the mechanical drive drilling rigs the rotary table is driven by the rotary table driving unit whose structure is simple. For ac electric drive rotary table mechanical drive drillings rigs, the moment and speed of the rotary table are number controlled and protected and the speed can be continuously changed.
