The transformer is of pan seal structure; its transformer oil is isolated from air,
which slows down the oil change. Its surface is processed by electrostatic
painting, and therefore it features a beautiful appearance and anticorrosion. It
adopts a Dupont Nomex paper-based insulation system. In case the transformer
is heavily overloaded, its coil insulation will be free from aging and thermal
breakdown, thus maintain admirable electrical and mechanical properties in its service
period. The reengineered coil oil canal decreases hot-spot humidity. Meantime
the radiating surface of reengineered oil tank is increased, which ensures
the oil is free from aging in cases of serious overloading.
