5) To set time:
a) Press button "H" to set hours (from 0 to 23)
b) Press button "M" to set minutes (from 0 to 59)

6) To begin timing:
a) Press "S/S" button to start timing
b) The display will flash to confirm that timing is occurring
7) To stop timing: press and hold the "S/S" button for 2 seconds
