In our daily life, add 0.1% potassium sorbate into the soy sauce, yellow wine, vinegar
and pickles. You will find their taste much more better. Frosted food, especially tenderness and freshness if being soaked into the 0.3% solution of potassium sorbate for about 30 seconds before refrigeration. Potassium can be also used in man-made cream and salad oil to keep them from sourness and bubbles due to fermentation of lactic acid.
