DORCE modular buildings are made of cold formed steel columns fixed to the concrete base with bolts. A wall panel is then connected to the columns. A modular building wall panel is made of a steel frame with external cladding of corrugated steel sheet and internal cladding of chipboard/cement board/gypsum board, with insulation between the claddings.
The roof of the modular buildings is a steel truss structure cladded with corrugated steel sheet or a polyurethane sandwich panel. The ceiling can be a gypsum board false ceiling or lamella steel suspended ceiling.
If required by the client a floor chassis can also be provided. The floor chassis is a steel structure with cement board and PVC floor covering. The chassis can be placed on a leveled ground, concrete blocks or concrete base.
These modular buildings can be easily erected and dismantled to move to another site.
All electrical and plumbing are provided for the buildings. All items are provided according to the highest quality standards, in compliance with the customers requirements.
