a) Instruments and apparatus: spraying on the exterior of instruments and
apparatus
b) Architecture: lock, the reinforcing bar for building and steel template
c) Kitchen utensils:
i) Liquefied gas cylinders, cooking utensils of coal gas and taking off the
soot machine
ii) Pipelines and valves: antiseptic pipeline, the sending petroleum pipes,
the sewage pipe, the water pipe using in ship and pipe and valve part
iii) Electric apparatus: electronic devices and components, the packing of
the insulation of the coil and electrical machinery rotor
iiii) Metal furniture: steel furniture, filing cabinet and steel chair
3) Product series:
a) We can offer the standard type and low-temperature solidification type
powder coating products
b) We can offer high gloss (more than 86%), gloss (76 ~ 85%), semi-gloss
(50 ~ 75%), sub-gloss (20 ~ 50%) and non-gloss (under 20%) products
c) Color shade can be made according to customers' requirements
4) Physical properties:
a) Appearance: Homogeneous without any agglomerate
b) Specific gravity: 1.2 ~ 1.7 (vary with the different type and color)
c) Flow ability: 120 ~ 140
d) PSD: 100% smaller than 100um
5) Curing conditions:
a) 200°C (temperature of work piece): 15min (plain gloss or matt gloss)
b) 180°C (temperature of work piece): 15min (high gloss or matt gloss)
c) 140°C (temperature of work piece): 15min (plain gloss)
6) Storage:
a) Must be stored in dry room with good ventilation, with temperature lower
than 30°C and should avoid direct sunlight
b) Prohibit to piling up in the open
c) Under this condition, the powder can be steadily maintained for one year,
expired products still can be used provided testing results meet the utilization
standards
