The bacteriological test results of an instant hand sanitizer, named purel produced by carfarma cosmetics Co., is presented below.
The samples have been separated into four and put from through two different tests. In the first group; it is researched whether the sample product contains micro-organisms like fungus and germs or not. In the second group; the main effect of the sample product on micro-organism is researched.
In the first group; 0. 2 ml sample product has been spread over to nutrient agar (difco) and muller hinton (difco) breeding-ground and left for 10 days of incubation period at 30 and 37 c. It is observed to find out that a microbiological development on breeding-ground has been occurred or not. Microbial analysis have been done on samples of alternate days.
According to the results of above indicated tests, microbiological development on proliferation did not observed and none of the samples contain micro-organisms.
In the second group; 1ml of reference bacteria and fresh yeast cultures (1. 000. 000 micro-organisms / ml) have been added to 0. 9 ml sample product in a sterile test tube and left for 10 days of incubation period at 30 and 37 c for observation. In these tests; pseudomonas auroginosa, staphylococcus aurous, esherichia coli proteus mirabilis have been used as bacteria; aspergillums Niger and pencillium crysogenium fungus and candida albicans have been used as yeast.
At the end of these tests, microscopic development did not observed in none of the micro-organism vaccinated test tubes and moreover none of the samples spread over to breeding-ground contain micro-organisms.
Evaluation and result:
The bacteriological test results observed that none of the samples contain degradation in relevant with micro-organisms. The samples did not contain micro-organisms and kills the reference bacteria and fresh yeast cultures.
The products is observed and found clear and secure in these aspects.
