QGF series full-automatic 3 and 5 gallon barrels washing, filling and capping 3 in 1 machine.
Purpose: this series of machines are used for packing pure water or mineral water by 3 and 5 gallon barrels. The washing, filling and capping 3 kinds of jobs will be finished just by this one machine.
Characteristics: driven by cylinders, the machine runs very smoothly and accurately. The barrels are washed by inserting washing heads to avoid washing blind angles. Advanced programmable PLC is equipped to control the main machine. Main electronic components are all from famous international enterprises.
Equipped with relevant cap-removing machine and barrel washing machine, it will become full automatic 3 and 5 gallon barrels packing line.
