Large shell has short conical spire with blunt spikes. Shell's exterior is orangish, aperture rosy-pink. Mottled gray head with large proboscis and long eye stalks.
Abundant in Florida, Bahamas, Carribean. Shell becomes thicker with age.
Can be shipped either raw or clean (with no smell) and brillant.
Size:7-12 inches
Always uses in jewerly and cut for buttons...
