The machine mainly used for pharmaceutical, foodstuff, chemical etc industry to produce
granule products, it is high efficient equipment. The current technology is finished separately with mixing and granulating, instead of horizontal mixer and oscillating granulator. Because of the machine is used in the sealed vessel one time to finish the mixing and stirring, granulating, it owns high efficient, rapid speed, sealing, mixing and granulating is finished in one time. Working efficiency is improved with the old technology of 4-5 times. So the machine has the following characteristics refering to the two old granulators:

KJZ100 rapid speed mixer and granulator:

The granulating principle at the half-flowing state material being mixed in a airtight vessel.
