Because it is closed type, it needs to open manhole for the inner maintenance and replacing components. However, the price is relative cheap and the processing period is short. Since it is difficult to dismantle closed type reaction kettle, it requires large labor strength and it is hard to clean the material completely, the quality of inner components during production for manufacturers (material quality and welding quality) is very important.
