Reaction kettle, a process vessel that uses heat, pressure and/or vacuum to change a product condition, is mainly used for hydrolysis, neutralization, crystallization, distillation evaporation and storage in food, medicine, and chemical industries.
The reaction kettle is made of stainless steel material such as sus304 or sus316L. We supply various kinds of mixers with this machine: anchor type, frame type, oar type and turbo type. The rotation mechanism mechanical sealed can be cycloid pin gear reducer or continuously variable transmission reducer.
The heat exchanger adopts cannula or coil tube style, of which the medium is steam, electric or heat guide oil, to satisfy the technology requirements of different work ambient such as acid, high temperature, abrasion and corrosion.
