Illumination: Both built in Koehler's incident & transmitted illuminators with (Incident & 6V 30W halogen lamp, field and aperture diaphragm, also having transmitted) built in yellow freen blue & polarizing filters for bth incident & transmitted light.
Magnification: 40x to 400x (standard) optionally upto 2000x with plan 100x objective range and WF 20x eyepiece
