Our revolving evaporative air cooler can trap the dust and particles in the air. The pad of the machine will never have stoppage and can keep working in a high efficiency to making a comfortable working environment.
The YDM revolving evaporative air cooler is a new product of our company.
It resolves the problem of pad stoppage. As in the traditional fixed pad air
cooler, when the outside air through the wet pad, the dust and other particles
are trapped on the pad. And usually after 1 - 2 years, it will be blocked and the
efficiency of the machine will be reduced. Thus the pads need to be replaced
every season or two, which generally cost s USD20 to USD40 for a set.
With our two patents, the revolving pad mandrel and the high strength
composite pad using in the machine, when the machine is working, the water
keep spray onto the pad while the pad keep revolving. When the dust and
other particles trapped on the pad, they will be washed by the water. Since
the pads are continually wetted, trapped particles are flushed out and trapped
in the bottom of the cooler.
