The robot moves a rotating brush along the mould.
In this way the mould is kept perfectly clean. Especially if the mould is sprayed with releasing agent, the rotating brush takes out the excesses of releasing agent.
This system allows a great saving in releasing agent consumption. The quality of the finished products increases.
The robot follows profiles that have been taught using a digitizer of our production.
All the profiles of the moulds are in the memory of the PC and can be recalled whenever you want.
