Throughing idlers. Generally used for conveying bulk materials. Are available with side rollers inclined at 20 Digree and 30 Digree. Idlers with 45 Digree or other troughing angles can also be supplied in special cases, Flat belt impact idlers protect the belt by absorbing impacts at transfer points. Available in the positive action type for belt operating in one direction. Trough belt training idlers, also popularly known as self-aligning troughing idlers, automatically train the belt and protect belt edges from damage caused by misalignment. The standard types are available with 20 Digree and 30 Digree troughing.
