The bar runner is fully dye sublimation printed. Dye sublimation has the
highest photographic quality for printing on fabric. The fabric surface is very
durable and can be laundered without any concern of them losing their
appeal. It is also no difference is cost between 1, 2, 3, 4 color designs. 6
sets of digital printing system were set up in our factory to enable us to
provide easy sampling and quick delivery service to our customers. Also it
ensure the print and colors have no alteration from samples during bulk
production.
The materials of our bar runners are completely environmental and harmless
to match the EEC EN71 standard. It is made form 100% new nitrile rubber
(acrylonitrile) and 100% polyester non-woven fabric with excellent water
absorbent ability and print result. It completely coated on the nitrile rubber
backing during forming processing to make it machine washable.
