S11 distribution transformer is the latest product developed by factory during reconstruction of urban power distribution network. It highly utilizes the magnet-inductivity of cold-rolled silicon steel sheet and lowers the no-load current and
no-load loss tremendously through annealing. Compared with Model 9 product, its
no-load current and no-load loss are 70% and 30% lower respectively than that
of model 9.
Features:
1) Core is wound tightly with cold-rolled silicone steel sheets, which
secures the entirety and decreases 5-7 db of noise after the
annealing and painting processes
2) High and low-voltage coils are made up of the quality oxygen-free
copper wire that are wound directly around the core, which is easy
to operate and ensures the precision
3) The sealing structure could slow down the oil oxidation course in
the transformer and extend the service life to 30 years
4) The sealing structure leads to small dimension, elegant outer
appearance, and no core suspending on site
